equipment and services for agriculture, recently announced that it has acquired a majority
interest in Indiana-based Torrent Engineering & Equipment (www.torrentee.com).
Founded in 2001, Torrent designs and delivers high-pressure water and compressed air
process systems around the world. Their new 25,000-square-foot facility in Warsaw, Indiana,
allows for turn-key fabrication and efficient on-site deployments. Torrent founders Joe Cousins
and Mark Meadows will continue to lead Torrent as Co-Presidents.

Torrent’s design and engineering experience includes large, complex pumping systems, and
